• Speak fluent “tech” and “human”: Use cutting-edge tools to streamline workflows, while keeping our linguists motivated and in the loop.
• Build a dream team: Recruit, onboard, and nurture linguists from every corner of the globe—because diversity isn’t just a buzzword here.
• Quality is your middle name: Implement checks and balances to guarantee data that’s as reliable as it is innovative.
• Be the glue: Liaise between clients and teams, translating needs into action and feedback into growth.

What You Bring

• A background in linguistics, project management, IT, or data collection—bonus points if you’ve dabbled in voice tech or vendor management.
