You’ll be the backbone of our multilingual projects, helping to recruit linguists, coordinate data collection, and keep everything running smoothly. Think of this as your playground for exploring how language and tech collide—while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit & onboard freelance linguists and data contributors—because great projects start with great people.
• Assist in managing multilingual data projects, ensuring everything stays on track and on point.
• Bridge the gap: Communicate with project participants, making collaboration feel effortless.
• Keep things organized: Update databases, track progress, and support quality checks—no detail is too small.
• Get tech-savvy: Learn and use tools that power our data operations, turning complexity into clarity.

What You Bring

• A passion for languages, tech, or data—or all three! Curiosity is your superpower.

• Fluency in English (German or other languages? Even better).
